While meditating some people are able to access the deep recesses of the mind. Others cannot, they cling close to the surface of their consciousness. There is nothing wrong with that. Meditating is not experienced the same way by everyone. It can be lying on your back gazing up at the sky, or looking at the perfection of creation in a single flower, or simply closing your eyes and listening to the chorus of birds singing in the trees nearby. Meditation provides you with a window into your soul. It doesn’t matter how you do it, only that you do. Let your imagination guide you, and then let yourself just BE there for a while.
