Yesterday I wrote on my Facebook wall to remind myself that if I let my monkey mind (aka ego) lead the way then it will have my sanity for breakfast lunch and supper! Still it is persistant in its nagging…..

In that moment I asked for divine guidance and I distinctly heard “Stay high! Stay high! Stay high!!!”

It is then that I realised how easy it can be to change our state of being/mind. I know this…but being human means we have to be constantly reminded of the power we have. So how does one do this? How do we change state?

Well, we literally have to change our mind, our thinking, in the moment we feel the weight of the world on our shoulders, we can consciously choose to aim higher. Sit quietly for a few minutes and go within your heart. By this time your Higher Self is already aware of your intention! Yay!!!! Isn’t that marvelous?? And so all you have to do is sit quietly and allow the highest frequencies of love and light to infiltrate your being, your energy field and your field of resonance. What is a field of resonance you may ask…

Your field of resonance is an energy field that you are creating in each moment that manifests outcomes for your life experience. So if you’re wanting to experience more love in your life, then bring that energy into your field. More relationship harmony, more abundance in the form of money? Health? All of it starts off with a feeling in the form of energy. The more passion you can add to your field, the faster it will manifest. Visualise it, feel it and it will manifest into form. Basically your field of resonance is what you’re resonating with. If it’s discomfort, disquiet, disharmony, then that is what you will reap. So your field can also be referred to as your garden. Plant that which you wish to reap and so it will be.

How do you bring the energy of what you’re wanting to reap into your energy field? You sit quietly and ask your higher self to bring that particular energy into your field and then you add your feelings of gratitude and passion etc., to that energy and viola, it’s that simple. So long as you don’t change your mind again…. keep building the fire and it will burn long and strong!

Nothing is difficult unless you choose for it to be so. Everything manifests easily and with ease and grace. It is only your monkey mind which will try to convince you otherwise. In God’s world, there is ease and grace, and it can be that way in yours also.

Dear Readers,

We were recently invited to be the intermediary for a Reiki attunement for a very special lady who was out here in South Africa visiting family. Just know that each and every one of you are special without exception, and the other side, or spiritual side of life that lives in the unseen realm, sees all of us, all living things actually, as sparkling rays of sunshine. Not just special, but exceptional in our magnificence and radiant light. I digress though, do forgive me….. This beautiful Reiki student’s sister in law showed me a book called ‘Signs’ written by Laura Lynne Jackson, who also wrote ‘The Light Between Us’. Laura is a well known psychic medium. So much of what I’ve read so far has gelled, and 100% resonates with what I myself have experienced over the past decade or so.

I would love to quote the following from her book ‘Signs’:

☆ We are all constantly being watched over by a Team of Light;

☆ We are loved;

☆ We are all connected and invested in one another’s journey’s;

☆ When you ask for signs from the Universe, the Universe speaks back.

My own special spiritual guide Michael who has been holding my hand throughout my journey (climbing Everest!) has always reiterated the exact same principles. We are all truly inter – connected, there is a Web of Life that keeps us all within the Matrix of Life as we experience it here on Earth. Nothing we do is independent, everything has reverberations throughout this matrix. We cannot escape it. To escape it would mean trying to escape ourselves. We are THAT connected.

As Michael says, keep focussed and stay HIGH, meaning keep your frequency in the higher vibes. Those who are reading this will know that we are the masters of our own energy and all co-creators of our reality.

We are currently moving into Divine Partnership with our Higher Selves. We are learning how to embody our own Divinity. And therefore we must align our energy with the higher frequencies of our multidimensional Self. Or Selves, for there are many, not just one.

Look up, not down. Do not become entangled in the lower frequencies bombarding you from every angle. Be in the eye of the storm and know that everything little thing expressed in love, every kindness, every gratitude, every thought based in goodness and gentleness, goes out into the ethers and touches ALL.

We aim to write more than we have been. The metamorphosis is almost at its completion, the butterfly is about to emerge and take flight. Please subscribe to keep in touch with us.

In closing, we would just like to bring these words to mind…. There are two ways to live your life. One is to live as though everything is a miracle and the other is to live as though nothing is a miracle… In order to experience miracles, one has to believe in them

Dear Readers,

Every day is a celebrated Love Day in the Higher Realms!

What this means is that you can celebrate love every day if you will only elevate your consciousness into the higher realms. The higher realms are not ‘out there’ someplace, flitting about in the ethers! They are within you, right here and right now!

Yesterday, once I’d finished a private channeling for a client, I noticed my energy was still soaring higher than I’d ever before experienced. I lay down to enjoy this blissful experience which cannot be adequately described with mere words. Nirvana perhaps? Why label it anyway? It is LOVE in the highest frequency that I was able to feel at that moment, which thankfully stretched into a rather l o n g moment!

Now for the first time I understand why Lord Adama has said that when a channel has had the privilege of communing with a higher dimensional Being that for at least 2 hours afterwards, the channel can still enjoy the blissful energy of that Being by remaining in a state of stillness and openness and receptivity within. And the same goes for the client receiving the channeled messages because there is precious energy in those words!! And the energy remains there for as long as you are open and receptive to feeling it. Many clients have told me every time they read their written channeling, sometimes months later, they still feel overwhelming love and peace infiltrate into their being! The same is appropriate for live and recorded channeling.

Now I wish to explain why some feel this energy and others don’t. In order to feel the higher frequencies of love, which is in Essence what we all are as we elevate ourselves into higher states of consciousness, it is imperative that we become open and receptive to this energy. And we do this by becoming still, going within and through invoking the Power of our I AM Presence, we are able to elevate our consciousness. A simple prayer will help your energy field to become open and receptive at this juncture. Such as “Lord, please help me to elevate my consciousness and feel the exquisite love of your Presence within me.” You can add your own words to this prayer, follow your inner guidance as you go along, and allow the words flow freely. You can pray them silently or out aloud. It doesn’t matter. It only matters that you do it!

Why? Because you’re worth it!!!

In this way you can celebrate LOVE and the higher aspects of your Being every day, and in each divine Moment if you choose! Why wait until the 14th of February to celebrate that which in Essence you are!!

Now I can imagine some of you are thinking how impossible it is to stop the incessant stream of useless thoughts that come and go when you’re trying to remain in the Stillness of your Heart, and my advice to you is to allow them! Don’t resist them. In the words of the Great Lord and Master Himself, “What you resist persists..”. Allow the thoughts to come and go. Don’t engage with them. They’re looking for an audience! Don’t acquiesce! Notice them, and allow them free passage. Eventually what will happen is they will cease completely.

There will come a time in your life, and I can guarantee it will come, that you will thirst for the higher frequencies or higher dimensions of Love. Same thing really. The dimensions relate to levels of frequency. The dimensions are like rungs in a ladder, and as you’re able to elevate your frequency higher and higher, you’re able to traverse into higher and higher dimensions of consciousness and experience. And the gateway, or doorway to this blissful experience lies within the chambers of your sacred heart!

May we say again to you beloveds…. there exists nothing outside of you! You do not need any other with whom to celebrate the blissful experience of Love this day or any other day! You need only your Self. Your exquisitely beautiful divine Self.

Now give yourself a hug and say “I love you!”
