This is the card that fell out of the deck when I was shuffling it. I love the image on this card, the winged warrior riding the powerful and beautiful beast, as white and as pure of heart as only Unicorns can be..

The following short message is the only relevance I can find from the guidebook that comes with this card, because there is more that the mighty Archangel wishes to convey to you this day:

Special Message from Archangel Michael

Beloved, what I have to share with you this day has to do with nourishment – the needs of your physical body in its relationship to foods. As you already are aware, your physical body is needing much less now in the way of solid foods, as it is being nourished at a much higher level, the level of Light and Love. At the same time, the physical body is undergoing many changes within and these changes can take some time for your body to adjust to. In the meantime, explore your options as far as food goes, and choose to eat foods that supply your body with as much life force as possible. In other words foods that resonate to a high vibration like locally grown fresh foods that can be consumed as soon as possible after harvesting. Each season has its bounty, so enjoy that which is bountiful and in season at any particular time. There are also certain power foods, known as super foods, which will supply your body with high valued nutrition. Eating foods that are less bulky, and more nourishing is what will serve you, as well as eating smaller portions, as eating too much will only cause you discomfort and place strain on your digestive system, which is very sensitive now. As always, we are behind you all the way,  ensuring that your physical needs are met. Ask us to help you source the best nutrition and then pay attention to your intuitive guidance as you are shown which options are available for you to include in your diet.

Sunday Musings on Monday ~ A Temple of The Divine

On Saturday afternoon I switched my computer off and decided to take a break for one whole day. No internet, no computer, no phone, no time! Yesterday morning I received the Sunday musings message and I remained determined not to blog it. So here it is, a little late, but here nonetheless.

Jesus taught that the Kingdom of God resides within you. This fits in with what we are being taught now, that the human body is in fact becoming a Temple of Light and Love. Your body is literally holding the Divine within.

If you came across a very beautiful and Sacred Temple, or an exquisite work of art created by Michaelangelo, would you desecrate it? You wouldn’t take a spray can and proceed to desecrate it. That would be unconscionable. Why then do we continue to treat our bodies as less than a Temple of the Divine?

I had a strange dream last night where I was walking through a very large room in a hospital and there were row upon row of sick people and they were tending their bleeding wounds. Then later as I lay semi-awake I recalled a disturbing image I had seen on Facebook a couple days before. In the image there were rows of tables with the carcasses of slaughtered dogs that were meant for human consumption. Dogs are now a favored food in China. People were disgusted and obviously outraged at such behavior of their fellow humans, but I ask you to consider this: Is it any less outrageous to slaughter and eat the dead flesh of any animal? That was the behavior of the Neanderthals. Sometimes behavior patterns are repeated from one generation to the next simply because humans are creatures of habit.

A video now comes to mind of a young boy, a 3 year old living in a Spanish speaking country. He questions his mother on what she has dished up for him to eat. She replies that it is octopus. He asks if it is still alive, and she says no. The child is distressed that the octopus had to die so that he could eat. He then launches into a whole explanation of why he cannot eat the octopus that ends with his mother in tears. She tells him, “Don’t worry my child, you do not have to eat it”, and then she thanks him.

Thank God for the children that are coming into the World now, for they have an elevated consciousness. Some of them already know that all Life is Sacred.

My message is this. Be mindful of how you are living. Become mindful of what you are doing. Does your behavior support your new and rising consciousness? Do you love, honor and respect the Temple that is You? This Temple is Life, not death.

The Galactic Human Template that supports the design of the human body now evolving does not know death. It supports vibrant and healthy cells. It is self healing, and life sustaining. It is life giving and it is the Temple of the Divine.

Let me also say this: If you’re still harboring thoughts about getting old and dying one day, then maybe you should examine your beliefs and patterns of behavior.

Your Body – Physical Human Form – is becoming the vessel through which your Divine and Higher Consciousness is expressing Itself on the Earth plane. Your Body is holding more Light and more consciousness now than ever before. In time, your Body will be able to hold and express the FULL CONSCIOUSNESS of your Higher and Divine God Self. It is becoming a Holy Grail filled with Light, and a Temple of the Divine.

Food for thought ~ To be VEGAN or not to be..

About a month ago I posted an article about becoming Vegan and at the time I wrote the article, it never occurred to me that some people would misinterpret what I was saying. However I now wish to add further light to the matter…

Higher dimensional beings would never eat animals or any animal by-product (eggs, milk, cheese etc.) Because their Light bodies are entirely composed 100% of light, they receive their energy from the central sun. Some do however choose to eat fruit and partake of juices etc. That is not to say that they frown upon humans consuming animals or any animal by-product. If they did it would mean they were judging us, which they would never do because their love for us is without condition. So why exactly did I become vegan?

Firstly, we are all ascending – meaning our bodies are incorporating more and more Light which is Divine Love. There are however, different levels or expressions of Divine Love. The highest expression of Divine Love is what we are all aiming to once more return to. In the meantime we are incorporating huge amounts of Light which is changing our physical bodies, and preparing them to sustain a higher vibration of this Divine Love energy. This we are doing on a daily basis and we are therefore changing daily, even though this change may be unseen or unfelt, it is still happening at a deep cellular level.

This ascension we are all now experiencing is one that is happening in our physical bodies. Prior to this current lifetime, your physical body would have experienced “death” so you could ascend back to a higher realm to await your next lifetime. In this, your final lifetime, for many anyway, you will ascend with your physical body.Therefore it makes sense to start listening to your body and what it needs. This takes awareness which occurs naturally when your vibration lifts and you are able to attain higher states of consciousness. This is a perpetual undertaking as your consciousness is constantly expanding and growing with the increased Light quotient you are integrating into your body, thus increasing your vibration. It’s a never ending flow. Imagine a figure 8 – a constant flow of energy.

Many sources of animal protein being consumed today are being ‘mass produced’ in ways that are inhumane for the animals and therefore have a low frequency of vibrational energy. It makes sense that this type of food be avoided at all costs. If you are assured of the source of your animal protein and are happy that its being produced organically and ethically, then there is no reason why you shouldn’t carry on consuming it. That being said, however, it is only a matter of time before your body tells you it prefers a ‘lighter’ source of sustenance.

I want to further add some light to this “ascension in your body”.  Some have not yet grasped the significance of this. You will be ascending in your body, therefore you will not have to experience ‘”death”. With the increase in your Light quotient – or the amount of Light your body holds – you are becoming once more a multi-dimensional being. This is a process which happens over time and there will come a time when your consciousness has risen to a level where you can perceive yourself as a multi-dimensional being. At such time you will have awareness of your SELF on different levels and dimensions of existence. This means that you will maintain your present form and be able to take form in other levels of existence. You will be fully conscious of all your forms and retain full memory of your SELF at all times. Your ascension will continue though as you integrate more and more of your higher consciousness. I do not think a Being ever is fully ascended as we are always ascending and attaining higher levels of consciousness, no matter at which level we are on the spiral of Spiritual evolution.

To go back to whether or not to be vegan depends entirely on your vibration, because there will come a time when your vibration will no longer support eating anything other than live food. As your vibration lifts on a daily basis now, you will be eating less and less food. If you are concerned about getting energy from the sun in an area where sunlight is minimal, don’t be. By the time you’ve reached this state of consciousness, your Higher Self/Soul, will be giving you the required energy you need until you can source this energy for yourself.

I’d like to mention that many who are here chose to ascend in their bodies, but not everyone will in their current lifetime. That does not mean they lose out. They will return and have another chance at it. Maybe they will need to return more than once. In the end, it is their choice, but with the increasing Light, the next time they return it will be easier. The world as we know it is rapidly changing now and even though there are those that prefer to tout “doom and gloom”, there is enough evidence now within us to know differently.
