Yesterday I wrote on my Facebook wall to remind myself that if I let my monkey mind (aka ego) lead the way then it will have my sanity for breakfast lunch and supper! Still it is persistant in its nagging…..

In that moment I asked for divine guidance and I distinctly heard “Stay high! Stay high! Stay high!!!”

It is then that I realised how easy it can be to change our state of being/mind. I know this…but being human means we have to be constantly reminded of the power we have. So how does one do this? How do we change state?

Well, we literally have to change our mind, our thinking, in the moment we feel the weight of the world on our shoulders, we can consciously choose to aim higher. Sit quietly for a few minutes and go within your heart. By this time your Higher Self is already aware of your intention! Yay!!!! Isn’t that marvelous?? And so all you have to do is sit quietly and allow the highest frequencies of love and light to infiltrate your being, your energy field and your field of resonance. What is a field of resonance you may ask…

Your field of resonance is an energy field that you are creating in each moment that manifests outcomes for your life experience. So if you’re wanting to experience more love in your life, then bring that energy into your field. More relationship harmony, more abundance in the form of money? Health? All of it starts off with a feeling in the form of energy. The more passion you can add to your field, the faster it will manifest. Visualise it, feel it and it will manifest into form. Basically your field of resonance is what you’re resonating with. If it’s discomfort, disquiet, disharmony, then that is what you will reap. So your field can also be referred to as your garden. Plant that which you wish to reap and so it will be.

How do you bring the energy of what you’re wanting to reap into your energy field? You sit quietly and ask your higher self to bring that particular energy into your field and then you add your feelings of gratitude and passion etc., to that energy and viola, it’s that simple. So long as you don’t change your mind again…. keep building the fire and it will burn long and strong!

Nothing is difficult unless you choose for it to be so. Everything manifests easily and with ease and grace. It is only your monkey mind which will try to convince you otherwise. In God’s world, there is ease and grace, and it can be that way in yours also.

Words of Wisdom in a Chaotic World

It always surprises me to know how loved I am, how loved we all are. It’s so easy sometimes to forget that we are not alone. We are not separate from our greatness. Whatever that greatness may mean, or feel like to you is of no consequence. Whatever name you give it, or choose to call it, doesn’t matter either. There is no need to analyse or clarify or justify. None at all.

We are in these physical bodies in a 3 dimensional zone or plane of existence and we may be asking why did I come here? What am I doing here? What is my purpose for being here? Was I crazy or what? What on earth prompted me to sign up for this crazy-ness? ? Look around! It seems like the world is going nuts!!! Volcanoes erupting, floods, fires, catastrophe appears to be everywhere. People are caught up in a major league fear paradigm right now and like it or not, this is affecting nature in the form of weird weather and other “acts of God” happening around the globe.

We have to ask ourselves a few questions to find the answers. What am I missing? What are we missing as a species? What could we change right now that would change everything?

We can change our perspective.

A poor man once asked the Buddha why God had made him poor when so many seem to be so prosperous. The Buddha answered by telling the man that he was living in the illusion of being poor. He said God had given him a mouth with which to speak, ears to listen, hands to touch, a heart to feel. He told the man you’re not poor at all, you only think you are. The receiving lies in the giving. Can you smile? Can you offer a kind word? Can you touch a shoulder? Can you feel compassion and love?

The answer is YES!!!!

And maybe that is why we’re here! In all of this chaos, what if we didn’t buy into the illusion of fear, instead know that we’re safe no matter what. What if we could set aside our differences, our judgements and criticisms and just make the choice to be kind and compassionate for those who are living in the paradigm of fear. What if it doesn’t matter what the other’s point of view is? What if we could change our own point of view and reach out, no matter what and love anyway? Isn’t that what unconditional love is all about?

What if we could trust our greatness and live life to the fullness with whatever we have at our disposal right now? Do we have to wait for the gardens of Eden to be resurrected before we can be happy?

Today I can change my perception, I can change how I see the world, and how I see others. I can be happy just because it’s a choice I choose to make. I can be abundant, not because my bank account is overflowing, but because I can use my gifts to cause another to feel loved and abundant in other ways. I can buy someone a cup of coffee or offer them a smile and a friendly greeting. I can see myself in their shoes and feel compassion because all they really want is their own little place in the sunshine in a world that seems so gray.

You, yes you! You, we, us! We have so much, we are so abundant. Isn’t it weird that there are still those that still think money is the way to experience our abundant nature?

So many questions and only one answer. Unconditional love.

Love who you are and love others. Give freely of all that you are so abundantly given. See the Divine in yourself and in everything.

It has been written that there is no greater love than this.

Your heart will expand, your innate compassionate self will explode within you and everything will change. Your light will shine from the center of your being and touch all. You will want nothing because you will realise you already have everything. That which you thought you needed, is already there.

I don’t know if these words will make a difference to your life or not. I offer you these words in humbleness, in the Light of the Greatness of who you are. I offer you the knowing that you are loved. I offer you sunshine!

“This life is a game. Everything is under my control. It is only when I forget that it’s a game..ie go into fear, that I cause the roadblocks to be deployed along my pathway. When I stay out of fear and remember the game is under my control, then I allow the game to flow, synchronised and effortlessly, opening up hidden passageways that reveal secret doors to infinite wisdom and creativity. I am safe, I am whole and complete. I am loved and supported. I am free!”

A couple days ago I channeled a card reading from Archangel Gabriel. It was about stepping into the leadership role in your life. Archangel Gabriel likened this reality to a chess game, and posed the question “Are you willing to continue playing the role of the pawn or do you wish to rather take on the role of Queen? Which would you prefer?

Would you prefer to continue playing the role of the untethered buoy, buffered and battered by rough seas, or the role of Captain steering a powerful and sleek yacht in calm waters?

I know it must sound like folly to speak such words, but in truth Dear One’s, it is you who are in control always. All it takes is a shift in perspective, to see yourself at the helm of the ship instead of at the mercy of deep and turbulent waters.

You see? When you’re not living in the illusion, you’re creating with the Whole of You. When you’re living in the illusion, you’re creating with fear and the limitations of the small human self aka ego self.

What do we mean by illusion? What falls under its umbrella?

Illness, vulnerability, scarcity, lack, need and separation from Source to name a few. These illusions all fall under the umbrella of fear.

Be willing to step out of the illusion and focus instead on what you’re feeling inside your body, rather than allowing thoughts to run rampant. Feelings are divine guidance and they help you to recognise your state of being. It takes a little practice at first, but soon the mind complies. Each time you find yourself being drawn into illusion, tell that part of you you’re no longer willing the play the lesser role, but instead choose to play the leadership role in your reality.

Remember who you are. You’re a divine being, of sovereign nature, who is choosing to play the life game in physical reality.
