Yesterday I wrote on my Facebook wall to remind myself that if I let my monkey mind (aka ego) lead the way then it will have my sanity for breakfast lunch and supper! Still it is persistant in its nagging…..

In that moment I asked for divine guidance and I distinctly heard “Stay high! Stay high! Stay high!!!”

It is then that I realised how easy it can be to change our state of being/mind. I know this…but being human means we have to be constantly reminded of the power we have. So how does one do this? How do we change state?

Well, we literally have to change our mind, our thinking, in the moment we feel the weight of the world on our shoulders, we can consciously choose to aim higher. Sit quietly for a few minutes and go within your heart. By this time your Higher Self is already aware of your intention! Yay!!!! Isn’t that marvelous?? And so all you have to do is sit quietly and allow the highest frequencies of love and light to infiltrate your being, your energy field and your field of resonance. What is a field of resonance you may ask…

Your field of resonance is an energy field that you are creating in each moment that manifests outcomes for your life experience. So if you’re wanting to experience more love in your life, then bring that energy into your field. More relationship harmony, more abundance in the form of money? Health? All of it starts off with a feeling in the form of energy. The more passion you can add to your field, the faster it will manifest. Visualise it, feel it and it will manifest into form. Basically your field of resonance is what you’re resonating with. If it’s discomfort, disquiet, disharmony, then that is what you will reap. So your field can also be referred to as your garden. Plant that which you wish to reap and so it will be.

How do you bring the energy of what you’re wanting to reap into your energy field? You sit quietly and ask your higher self to bring that particular energy into your field and then you add your feelings of gratitude and passion etc., to that energy and viola, it’s that simple. So long as you don’t change your mind again…. keep building the fire and it will burn long and strong!

Nothing is difficult unless you choose for it to be so. Everything manifests easily and with ease and grace. It is only your monkey mind which will try to convince you otherwise. In God’s world, there is ease and grace, and it can be that way in yours also.

Who are you? Who or what is the Higher Self?

What does this mean?

I was asked this question the other day by a young man I’m doing my best to currently mentor. I like the word ‘whisper’ used here in this image above because this is true in my experience. Also the word ‘Cosmos’ is interchangeable with the word ‘God’ which in my experience is Infinite Love.

This is the answer I channeled for him below. I wanted to share it with others in the hope that this message may provide some clarity. Remember please that I too am a filter in a physical sense and therefore please practise discernment when reading my or any other channeling.:

You are a multidimensional being and you exist on many different levels of consciousness and in each level you experience a greater (higher) reality and higher level of consciousness, for instance at the next level you no longer have a dense physical body, it is lighter and lighter the higher you transcend each level. Here you also have the ability to manifest at will instantly. There is no fear at the next level, no duality. All is love and the higher you go the more refined** your energy becomes until you are pure light which is love at the highest, and at this level we are one with God.

(** refined means in this sense purer, more light, less dense.)

That is why we can say the universe exists within you, there is nothing outside of you for when you reach a greater understanding you will be able to feel and know more and more what has been called the Secrets of the Universe, or the Secrets of Creation. Questions are answered as to where all of this came from etc.. the usual questions people have about life.

The irony is that when one has reached this level of awareness or state of consciousness, one no longer cares!! It is only the ego that looks for answers outside of itself because it lives in a state of uncertainty. Once inside that vortex of higher frequency light one no longer has a care in the world! Not even death scares you because you know that death is merely the shedding of the uniform, or cloak of the physical body.

You are in Essence pure consciousness. So if you learn to tap into higher levels of consciousness you can also tap into higher realities. You have more than one reality, there are many and they are all happening at the same time. There is no linear time in greater reality, all happens in the now. There is no past, no future. Only now.

The you in higher reality, what we call the Higher Self, knows a lot more than you do because it is not living in a subjective reality, like you. It is wiser, much wiser and can access the realms of the Infinite, what is called by some the field of infinite potentials and creativity – the quantum field. It sees more than you and knows why you descended a part of your consciousness into this level of physical reality – into human form.

So if you learn how to access your higher consciousness, higher self so to speak, then you can move through this human physical level of reality a lot more easily and you can also hear it’s wisdom because it can communicate with you a lot easier. The ‘problem’ if you can call it that is that so many people are not listening because they’re too busy in their noisy world to take time to go within and be silent. They live in their minds not their body, they live in their egos not their heart. The body is the temple, the heart is the passageway to higher levels of awareness, consciousness and reality, to greater understanding, because at the highest level there is only divine love.

This is why the Eastern mystics keep insisting one practice meditation to quiet the human mind and the loud voice of the ego, so that you can hear the small still voice of the higher self in that heightened level of awareness/consciousness.

So they say Silence is Golden because it literally is in the silence you can hear your divinity. So meditation is an important practice to still the mind of the human self. In the meditative state one can better communicate (pray) with the divine and because one is centered hopefully in the heart when praying, one will feel an immediate sense of love, peace and comfort flowing into their energy field.

Words of Wisdom in a Chaotic World

It always surprises me to know how loved I am, how loved we all are. It’s so easy sometimes to forget that we are not alone. We are not separate from our greatness. Whatever that greatness may mean, or feel like to you is of no consequence. Whatever name you give it, or choose to call it, doesn’t matter either. There is no need to analyse or clarify or justify. None at all.

We are in these physical bodies in a 3 dimensional zone or plane of existence and we may be asking why did I come here? What am I doing here? What is my purpose for being here? Was I crazy or what? What on earth prompted me to sign up for this crazy-ness? ? Look around! It seems like the world is going nuts!!! Volcanoes erupting, floods, fires, catastrophe appears to be everywhere. People are caught up in a major league fear paradigm right now and like it or not, this is affecting nature in the form of weird weather and other “acts of God” happening around the globe.

We have to ask ourselves a few questions to find the answers. What am I missing? What are we missing as a species? What could we change right now that would change everything?

We can change our perspective.

A poor man once asked the Buddha why God had made him poor when so many seem to be so prosperous. The Buddha answered by telling the man that he was living in the illusion of being poor. He said God had given him a mouth with which to speak, ears to listen, hands to touch, a heart to feel. He told the man you’re not poor at all, you only think you are. The receiving lies in the giving. Can you smile? Can you offer a kind word? Can you touch a shoulder? Can you feel compassion and love?

The answer is YES!!!!

And maybe that is why we’re here! In all of this chaos, what if we didn’t buy into the illusion of fear, instead know that we’re safe no matter what. What if we could set aside our differences, our judgements and criticisms and just make the choice to be kind and compassionate for those who are living in the paradigm of fear. What if it doesn’t matter what the other’s point of view is? What if we could change our own point of view and reach out, no matter what and love anyway? Isn’t that what unconditional love is all about?

What if we could trust our greatness and live life to the fullness with whatever we have at our disposal right now? Do we have to wait for the gardens of Eden to be resurrected before we can be happy?

Today I can change my perception, I can change how I see the world, and how I see others. I can be happy just because it’s a choice I choose to make. I can be abundant, not because my bank account is overflowing, but because I can use my gifts to cause another to feel loved and abundant in other ways. I can buy someone a cup of coffee or offer them a smile and a friendly greeting. I can see myself in their shoes and feel compassion because all they really want is their own little place in the sunshine in a world that seems so gray.

You, yes you! You, we, us! We have so much, we are so abundant. Isn’t it weird that there are still those that still think money is the way to experience our abundant nature?

So many questions and only one answer. Unconditional love.

Love who you are and love others. Give freely of all that you are so abundantly given. See the Divine in yourself and in everything.

It has been written that there is no greater love than this.

Your heart will expand, your innate compassionate self will explode within you and everything will change. Your light will shine from the center of your being and touch all. You will want nothing because you will realise you already have everything. That which you thought you needed, is already there.

I don’t know if these words will make a difference to your life or not. I offer you these words in humbleness, in the Light of the Greatness of who you are. I offer you the knowing that you are loved. I offer you sunshine!
