Yesterday I wrote on my Facebook wall to remind myself that if I let my monkey mind (aka ego) lead the way then it will have my sanity for breakfast lunch and supper! Still it is persistant in its nagging…..

In that moment I asked for divine guidance and I distinctly heard “Stay high! Stay high! Stay high!!!”

It is then that I realised how easy it can be to change our state of being/mind. I know this…but being human means we have to be constantly reminded of the power we have. So how does one do this? How do we change state?

Well, we literally have to change our mind, our thinking, in the moment we feel the weight of the world on our shoulders, we can consciously choose to aim higher. Sit quietly for a few minutes and go within your heart. By this time your Higher Self is already aware of your intention! Yay!!!! Isn’t that marvelous?? And so all you have to do is sit quietly and allow the highest frequencies of love and light to infiltrate your being, your energy field and your field of resonance. What is a field of resonance you may ask…

Your field of resonance is an energy field that you are creating in each moment that manifests outcomes for your life experience. So if you’re wanting to experience more love in your life, then bring that energy into your field. More relationship harmony, more abundance in the form of money? Health? All of it starts off with a feeling in the form of energy. The more passion you can add to your field, the faster it will manifest. Visualise it, feel it and it will manifest into form. Basically your field of resonance is what you’re resonating with. If it’s discomfort, disquiet, disharmony, then that is what you will reap. So your field can also be referred to as your garden. Plant that which you wish to reap and so it will be.

How do you bring the energy of what you’re wanting to reap into your energy field? You sit quietly and ask your higher self to bring that particular energy into your field and then you add your feelings of gratitude and passion etc., to that energy and viola, it’s that simple. So long as you don’t change your mind again…. keep building the fire and it will burn long and strong!

Nothing is difficult unless you choose for it to be so. Everything manifests easily and with ease and grace. It is only your monkey mind which will try to convince you otherwise. In God’s world, there is ease and grace, and it can be that way in yours also.

It is in the Light the Light the Light!!

What is in the Light?
The blessings you seek! The Love, the Peace you seek. The fulfilment of purpose, the abundance you seek . The joy, happiness, equanimity!

Everything you need is contained within the Light. The Light is Love. And your Light, the Light you emit contains your Signature and so when you send out waves and waves of Light and Love into your world, that energy is returned to you by way of the Law of Circles (what goes around comes around) and so you are blessed in return, having done nothing except send out your Love and Light. It is just like being a lighthouse!

Do this consciously and it will have a profound effect on your life and the domino effect this energy creates will touch everything around you as it creates more and more ripples in the pond.

There is no greater gift you can give yourself or another than the Gift of Love. This is your Sacred Gift to Life!

Here is an exercise for you:
Send love and light to yourself, see your physical vessel filling up with love and light, then see your physical vessel becoming a magnificent beam of light and love and as you open your heart, project the love and light into your aura and out into everything around you, starting with your home, your neighbourhood, your town, your city, your country, your world, your galaxy and the entire universe. See the love and light acting as glorious tsunami waves emanating out from you into the universe.

Do this consciously, and you will change your life and change your planet, and the universe. For it is not just your planet that is in a process of transformation, but also this entire universe.

Do you see now how much power you have in one single action? Now imagine what would happen if just a small number of you do this exercise daily? Imagine if you built up momentum how quickly you could change your world!

Love is the only true power there is and you have it all right there within you. A well, a veritable fountain, just waiting to overflow! Right there from within the core of your being exists everything that you are longing for. Begin today to change your world!

We are with you all the way! We are you in your greater capacity, in the Light of Love.

An excellent mantra to add to your life would be simply :

“I am Light Light Light”

Repeat it to yourself as often as you can. It too will build up a momentum and increase your Light quotient. This mantra was used by the Ascended Master Lord Lanto. It is said that when he ascended from his last embodiment the Light could be seen emanating from his chest as clear as day. Lord Lanto presides as Chohan or Master of the 2nd Ray, the Ray of God’s Wisdom and the Ray of Illumination. To visualize this Ray, imagine a soft yet bright golden sunlight yellow. The Ray is luminous and quite exquisite when you are able to perceive it.

IN-Lightenment ~ There awaits a World of Wonder within you!

Take a look at the world around you. Realize that you are standing on Earth, a planet in a galaxy Earth humans call The Milky Way. It is one of many galaxies, and it exists in one of many universes within the Multiverse of All That Is. Put a hand on your arm now and feel your skin, and visualize the billions of tiny cells that make up your body. Visualize the atoms within those cells. Visualize the minute electrons within those atoms, and see the energy inside those electrons. This is the same energy that created you. It is the same energy that created the Multiverse and the very Earth you currently are standing on. You are this energy. It is the powerful Universal Source energy of All That Is. You are this energy. Read that again: YOU ARE THIS ENERGY!

Knowing this, could you still doubt your true potential?

You have been conditioned to believe that you are separate from your Source and therefore whatever you need will be found outside of yourself.

You have been conditioned to believe that you are small and power-less.

You have been conditioned to believe that you are a victim.

You have even been conditioned to believe that suffering is part and parcel of your human existence.

All of these things are false teachings that have been brought down through many eons of time. These teachings have not been entirely to your detriment, they have been to your benefit also, because they helped you to experience everything you are not. But it is time now for you to know your true self once more. It is time for you to take back your power and begin to realize your potential.

Beloveds, if you only knew how much potential you have you would never doubt yourself ever again! When you call upon your higher potential, you are calling the power that created you. This power is the Universal power of Creation! Do you doubt this power can heal you? Do you doubt this power can give you peace, love, joy, happiness and abundance? Do you believe this power can change anything and everything you choose for it to change? Do you believe you have to beg and supplicate before your prayers are answered? Let us remind you that no prayer goes unanswered. Let us also remind you that there is no need to repeat yourself. We know your every thought, and your very intention.

Let us remind you also that whatever you believe shall be your experience. You have the free will to believe whatever you choose. No one is forcing you to believe anything, and we want to ensure that you remember this.

Beloveds, be embraced by the love that you are! Allow this energy in to help you in all areas of your life. You were never meant to suffer. When you suffer, we feel your pain. When you cry, we feel your tears. Allow us to help you realize who you are and let us help you create the life of your choosing.

Within you lies the Source of your True Power. The Source that created YOU, and the Earth you stand upon. It created the air that you breathe. It is this power that gave you LIFE! There is NO-THING it cannot create, and there is NO-THING it cannot change.

We are One Beloveds. When you doubt yourself, you doubt us, and you doubt your Creator. Everything thought, word and deed has a reverberating effect within the Cosmos of Creation. Let go of your little disbeliefs and what you believe to be your shortcomings and embrace the love that you are. Love is the energy of all Creation, and the Source of All That Is.
